Dominik (Celtic for 'man who stands on top of the glacier at night in corpse-paint and yodels' [citation needed]) took over
the world-disc of singing from Wolfdietrich like Heracles from Atlas' shoulders in 2024. In doing so, he has not only shown
the courage to join a band of wandering madpeople, but has also stolen the title of the newest band member from Sascha.
But is he powerful enough to survive his new vocation? Yes! He's a festival veteran of the 666th level, and rumour has it he's seen many a band play more times than they've actually given concerts. Black magic, exceptional physical condition or time machines? We don't know, but either option would have its appeal.
As blood lord of bits, grand inquisitor of gigabytes and arranger of applications, he certainly knows his way around things that would seem like magic to ordinary Vikings. 'Any sufficiently advanced technology is indistinguishable from magic,' as Arthur C. Clarke said. If you ask nicely, he can even [censored] your [censored] to [censored] your [censored].
Will he enrich GOD with alpine black metal? Or fall for the siren song of erotic Viking songs? Or both? We'll find out in the next instalment of 'Gradient of Disorder works on an album for a decade'.
